ChatLink Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChatLink (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

ChatLink is a mobile application that allows you to initiate conversations on messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal) without saving contact information. We do not own or operate these platforms and are not responsible for their content or functionality.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use ChatLink only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

ChatLink and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ChatLink or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Your use of third-party messaging platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any actions or content on these platforms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChatLink is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatLink and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatLink and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ChatLink at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of ChatLink after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
